- Resend — delivery of transactional and notification email.
- Crisp — the optional support chat widget.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in the United States or other regions.

Data retention
We keep enquiry and email records only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Aggregate analytics are retained in non-identifying form.
